Sustainable performance is the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results without burning yourself out in the process.

Project management is constantly evolving and today’s project leaders are navigating increasing complexity, tighter timelines, and rising expectations. Beyond execution, we’re expected to think strategically, influence stakeholders, and lead with confidence in high-pressure environments.

However, sustaining this level of performance requires more than technical skills. It requires a deliberate approach to managing focus, energy, capacity, and boundaries.

In this session, we’ll introduce the Sustainable Performance Framework™ for Project Leaders, a practical model designed to help project professionals drive results more effectively, improve overall project outcomes, and lead more sustainably without burnout.

Participants will explore four core elements: protected focus, intentional energy management, realistic capacity planning, and professional boundaries. Through real-world examples and actionable strategies, you’ll gain practical tools to reduce overwhelm, improve effectiveness, and lead with greater clarity and resilience in demanding environments.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define and recognize the difference between sustainable and unsustainable performance.
  • Identify common habits and ways of working that contribute to overwhelm and reduced effectiveness.
  • Walk away with practical strategies to improve your focus, manage your energy, plan your capacity, and set healthy boundaries.

various constraints, and the responsibility of leading project teams, it comes as no

expectations at work and home can feel like we’re running a marathon, and high-
performing project managers are often more susceptible to burnout.

Join us for an uplifting and practical webinar designed to help you reset, regain your balance and strengthen your resilience to reduce your stress and avoid burnout.

We’ll discuss actionable tips, tools and mindsets to better manage your time, set healthy boundaries, and keep your well-being front and center.

Learning Objectives:

  • Prioritize and protect your time when everything feels urgent
  • Set clear boundaries at work and home without guilt
  • Simplify overwhelming demands using project management tools
  • Incorporate realistic self-care and moments of joy into your daily routine
  • Build in time for meaningful rest and reflection

60 Minute Keynote / Workshop

Project leaders today operate in environments defined by constant change, competing priorities, and relentless demands. The result? High levels of stress that impact your well-being and quietly erode your focus, decision-making, communication, and overall performance.

This engaging and practical session challenges the traditional approach to stress management by shifting the focus from “coping” to working differently.

Participants will explore how stress is often driven not just by workload, but by cognitive overload, fragmented work patterns, and unsustainable expectations. Through relatable examples and actionable strategies, this session introduces a simple but powerful framework to help project leaders reduce overwhelm, improve clarity, and lead more effectively, even in high-pressure environments.

Attendees will leave with practical tools to better manage their cognitive load, structure their work more intentionally, protect their energy, and respond to pressure with greater control and confidence.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify key drivers of stress in project environments, including cognitive overload and fragmented workflows
  • Apply practical techniques to manage attention, reduce context switching, and improve clarity
  • Implement simple strategies to better manage energy and respond more effectively to high-pressure situations
  • Recognize the connection between stress management and long-term sustainable performance
