About Project Management Life (PML)

Who is PML?

Project Management Life (PML) is a volunteer team of passionate project managers who believe in the power of this incredible profession and provide our knowledge, guidance, and support to our colleagues.

We know that project managers are often the unsung heroes that drive innovation and progress, and bring calm to what might otherwise be chaos. Project managers are the leaders behind the scenes that work tirelessly, and deserve to be celebrated for our incredible efforts in making the world a better place.

We founded PML on the idea that we can inspire each other with stories of success and valuable lessons learned, empower each other with career advice and resources to thrive both personally and professionally, and support each other to achieve a fulfilling work-life balance by focusing on our health and well-being. By living our best project management life, we can bring our best selves to our projects, our teams, and the world.

You can contribute content and get full recognition by:

Writing guest blog posts for the PML website or participating in “round up” blog posts.
Creating content to add to the PML Tribe Community Newsletter.
Sharing your success story, challenges, or lessons learned through a featured article or interview.
Creating and sharing social media content to promote PML.

Community moderators

You can support the growing PML Tribe Community online by becoming a Community Moderator. This could include:

Posting questions and responding to posts and comments on our online forum, social media, etc.
Monitoring discussions.
Encouraging PML Tribe member engagement.

PML video podcast influencers

You can contribute on camera, and you decide your podcast format and content. Single host or co-host video podcast formats are welcome. Topics can include:

Interviews (with project managers, companies, industries, etc.)
Educational content
Latest project-related news
Reviews and key learnings from courses, products, conferences, books, etc.
Health, wellness, and well-being content.

We have a dedicated Community Spotlight placeholder in our weekly newsletter (launches March 2025) and encourage our members to let us know of their wins and successes so that we can celebrate our accomplishments together.

PML also has an exclusive, online community forum that will be accessible only to our PML Tribe members (coming soon). We encourage everyone here to share, discuss, and celebrate ideas and accomplishments.
