Who is Project Management Life (PML)?
Project Management Life or PML is a growing, online community of passionate project managers and like-minded professionals who are dedicated to celebrating the incredible work we do, and supporting our colleagues to live their best life.
We know that project managers are often the unsung heroes that drive innovation and progress, and bring calm to what might otherwise be chaos. Project managers are the leaders behind the scenes that work tirelessly, and deserve to be celebrated for our incredible efforts in making the world a better place.
We founded PML on the idea that we can inspire each other with stories of success and valuable lessons learned, empower each other with career advice and resources, and support each other to achieve a fulfilling work-life balance while focusing on our health and well-being. By living our best life, we bring our best selves to our projects, our teams, and the world.

Project Management Life looks behind the training and certification, and supports project managers to live their best life. We take a whole-person approach, and support you to design a life that you love so you can thrive both personally and professionally.
PML Community Newsletter
We offer a weekly, jam-packed newsletter that includes project management, career and personal branding, health and well-being, community spotlights, weekly resources, recipes, and so much more.
PML Blog
Every week, we publish a new blog post either written by the PML team, or submitted by our incredible PML Contributors who share their knowledge and wisdom with the Community!
Live, Online PML Events
We have many wonderful events for the Community including peer networking and virtual coffee chats, educational workshops, plus group coaching, retreats, and mastermind calls for our members.
PML Gear
We believe project managers work hard, and we should be able to show off our passion and pride for this incredible profession. PML Gear is a brand built by project managers, for project managers. Wear your pride! Check out our PML Store.
An Incredible PML Resource Library
We're building a library unlike anything you've seen elsewhere. Our members will have access to resources including: music playlists (for focused work, relaxation, stress relief, etc.), audio journeys (to guide you through refocusing your mind and body to take on anything ahead of you), education videos, wellness videos, articles, how-to guides, tools, checklists, motivational posters and quotes, phone and computer backgrounds/wallpaper, podcasts, audio articles, and SO MUCH MORE.
PML Membership
We are excited to be launching our PML Membership shortly that will include access to additional online, live events such as group coaching calls, our resource library, discounted PML Gear, lifestyle coaching, mastermind peer group sessions, small group retreats (in-person in desirable travel locations), priority support, access to PML FIT, and so much more.
Discounted Rates on Trusted Training Partners
PML is does not offer project management training towards PMP or CAPM certifications. We are focused on supporting a whole-person approach and have complementary offerings. However, we want to support your financial health by keeping more money in your own pocket, so we have partnered with amazing organizations like IIL to offer discounted rates on their wonderful programs.
PML FIT
We're thrilled to be launching PML FIT starting in November 2025 that will be designed to support our members to build in some exercise into our busy days. These short, easy-to-follow fitness videos will include stretching, cubicle exercises, yoga, tai chi, and more.
PML Network
PML is building our the PML Network. We hope to launch this soon! This will consist of channel filled with educational videos podcasts, and more. Stay tuned!
Can I become a PML Contributor?
We’re so fortunate to have PML Contributors who freely share their knowledge and wisdom with the PML Community. We’re grateful for the expertise that’s provided in the way of PML Blog Posts, PML Community Newsletter articles, and more.
Interested in becoming a PML Contributor?
You can grow your personal brand, share your knowledge with your project management colleagues, and support the growth of PML at the same time. That’s a win-win-win scenario!

Content contributors
You can contribute content and get full recognition by:
- Writing guest blog posts for the PML website or participating in occasional “round up” blog posts.
- Creating short articles to add to the PML Tribe Community Newsletter.
- Sharing your success story, challenges, or lessons learned through a featured article.
- Creating and sharing social media content to promote PML.
Social Media moderators
You can support the growing PML Community online by assisting as a Social Media Moderator. This could include:
- Posting questions and responding to social media posts and comments.
- Monitoring discussions.
- Encouraging PML Member engagement.
- Sharing PML social media posts to help us increase our reach.
PML video podcast influencers
You can contribute on camera, and you decide your podcast format and content. Single host or co-host video podcast formats are welcome. Topics can include:
- Interviews (with project managers, companies, industries, etc.)
- Educational content
- Latest project-related news
- Reviews and key learnings from courses, products, conferences, books, etc.
- Health, wellness, and well-being content.
- Career and personal branding content.
- And more… the sky is the limit to your creativity!
