About Project Management Life (PML)
Our Story
Project Management Life (PML) was created by project managers, for project managers, with one simple belief:
Project managers deserve to thrive, not just deliver project results.
We know this profession is powerful, meaningful, and deeply impactful. Project managers drive change, lead transformation, and hold organizations together during complexity and uncertainty.
But too often, the role comes with constant pressure, long hours, invisible stress, and an “always on” culture. We often focus all our energy supporting our projects and our teams and forget to practice self-care and support our overall health and well-being.
PML was founded to change that conversation.
We believe you can pursue excellence in your work without sacrificing your health, your energy, or your life outside of work.

Our Evolution
What began as a community and curated content platform has grown into something more. PML is now a space where project managers:
Strengthen leadership and career growth
Build emotional intelligence and presence
Learn to manage capacity intentionally
Develop sustainable performance habits
Connect with others who understand the journey
And increasingly, organizations are seeking us out to bring these ideas to their teams.
That’s where Human Sustainability comes in.
What is Human Sustainability?
Human Sustainability is the practice of managing energy, mindset, capacity, and well-being as intentionally as we manage scope, schedule, and budget.
For project managers, this means:
Planning capacity before burnout happens
Replacing constant firefighting with intentional systems
Setting healthy boundaries without guilt
Strengthening resilience and focus
Leading with emotional intelligence under pressure
Designing careers and lives that are sustainable long term
We believe sustainable performance is the future of project leadership.
And we’re committed to helping project managers lead in a way that protects both results and well-being.
Being a great project manager isn’t just about frameworks, tools, and certifications.
It’s about the *whole person* behind the project manager.
That’s why Project Management Life was built on five core pillars that are designed to support you, not just as a professional, but as a human being living a full life.
➡️ Project Management: With practical insights, real-world lessons, and tools that actually work
➡️ Career & Personal Branding: Helping you own your voice, your value, and your story
➡️ Health & Well-Being: Supporting all aspects of your wellness because burnout should never be a badge of honor
➡️ Self-Care & Self-Improvement: We know growth starts with how you show up for yourself
➡️ Professional Development: We believe continuous learning fuels confidence and longevity
What makes PML different is that we don’t separate performance from well-being. We believe they MUST go hand-in-hand.
We believe:
➡️ You can be ambitious and balanced
➡️ You can grow your career without losing yourself
➡️ You can deliver incredible results and still live your best life
Our commitment is to support and celebrate project managers as whole people, not just job titles.
If you’re interested in living your best life, and thriving both personally and professionally, then follow us and be a part of our supportive community.
