We were excited to have our guest speaker, Robert Snyder share his session with us.
Summary: Many of us have felt accountable for certain work without having the corresponding authority for the work. This means someone else had authority with no accountability. If you see that as a problem, this session is for you. We’ll learn a framework that fuses together authority and accountability.
After weeks, months, and years, individuals move on. Teams move on. What legacy do you want to leave behind? In this session, we’ll go through the options of legacy. The framework we’ll learn and discuss leaves an incredible legacy.
